Subject headings 
Use these subject headings to locate books in the Pellissippi Library Catalog and the netLibrary eBook collection.

Audio CDs are located in the Learning Center, ER330. To help find a specific work, you may use the online catalog to search by title of a specific work or do an Advanced search to reach a list of the CDs. Search for "sound recording", limit the material type to "sound record"

Classical Music Library- Classical Music Library provides over 20,000 classical music tracks you can listen to. Browse alphabetically by artist, composer, conductor, ensemble, instrument, genre, period, or label. NOTE: SUBSCRIPTION IS LIMITED TO THREE SIMULTANEOUS USERS. Discovering Collection- Covers various fields and individuals from the areas of history, science, social science, literature, and the
arts.

Academic OneFile - The premier source for peer-reviewed, full-text articles from the world's leading journals and reference sources. With extensive coverage of the physical sciences, technology, medicine, social sciences, the arts, theology, literature and other subjects, Academic OneFile is both authoritative and comprehensive.

Grove Music Online - Grove Music Online contains the full text of The New Grove Dictionary of Music and Musicians, The New Grove Dictionary of Opera, and The New Grove Dictionary of Jazz.

Oxford Reference Online - provides searchable access to 100 dictionary and reference titles published by Oxford Press, including The Concise Oxford Dictionary of Music. The Oxford Companion to Music, The Concise Oxford Dictionary of Opera, and Who's Who in Opera.

Wilson Biographies Plus  Illustrated   offers over 72,000 full-text narrative profiles of figures from antiquity to the present.

Journals and Magazines

Composers and Composition  (http://www.music.indiana.edu/music_resources/compose.html) - List of Indiana University School of Music  resources including sites on composers and composition.

Lester S. Levy Collection of Sheet Music (http://levysheetmusic.mse.jhu.edu/) - The Lester S. Levy Collection of Sheet Music contains over 29,000 pieces of music and focuses on popular American music spanning the period 1780 to 1960.
