- currently enrolled PSTCC students, and
- currently employed PSTCC faculty and staff.

How to Request an Item
- Submit an ILL Request Form for each item you are requesting, using the appropriate form: books and periodicals. If your browser does not support forms, print the form, fill it out and bring it to the library Circulation Desk at Pellissippi campus or the ERC service desk at extended campus locations. ILL forms in print format are available at the Reference and Circulation desks at the Pellissippi library and at the ERC service desk at extended campus locations.
- Be sure to include the ISBN # (books) or the ISSN # (serials) to assure speedy and accurate processing of material. Most online databases provide this information as part of the citation printout. If you need assistance with a citation, call the reference desk at 865 539-7107 or send an e-mail to askref@pstcc.edu.

Guidelines
- Books and periodicals not owned by PSTCC Library Services and not available at UT, Knoxville, libraries may be requested through ILL. Please check the online catalogs for Pellissippi State and UT Libraries before submitting a request.
- To comply with copyright guidelines, the library is limited to requesting five articles, published within the past five years, from a particular journal title per calendar year.
- Please use ILL in support of your academic coursework or teaching.
