Academic OneFile - The premier source for peer-reviewed, full-text articles from the world's leading journals and reference sources. With extensive coverage of the physical sciences, technology, medicine, social sciences, the arts, theology, literature and other subjects, Academic OneFile is both authoritative and comprehensive.

General Business File International -  indexes more than 900 periodicals on a variety of business and management topics from 1980 to the current year with full-text coverage of over 400 publications.

Oxford Reference Online - provides searchable access to 100 dictionary and reference titles published by Oxford Press including A Dictionary of Accounting, A Dictionary of Business, A Dictionary of Economics, and A Dictionary of Finance and Banking.

Wilson Business Full Text  -provides articles from the The New York Times Business Section and The Wall Street Journal  as well as material   from magazines and scholarly journals. Contents inlcude articles, product reviews, interviews, biographical sketches, corporate profiles, conferences reports, trade shows and more.

Journals and Magazines 
The following journals are available at the Pellissippi library in the Reference area. Many journals now have websites, providing the table of contents and access to selected articles in the current printed journal. Many include additional information and resources in certain subjects.

Fitzroy Dearborn Encyclopedia of Banking and Finance. 10th ed. Charles J. Woelfel. Chicago: Fitzroy Dearborn, 1994. REF HG 151 .E63 1994 This accurate and comprehensive one volume encyclopedia has been recognized as the standard authority in the field of banking since 1924. A list of abbreviations and acronyms is included.

Hoover's Handbook of American Business. Austin, TX: Reference Press, Inc., 2006 .  REF HG 4057. A285 2006. Contains profiles of 750 major U.S. companies.

The Individual Investor's Guide to the Top Mutual Funds. 22nd ed. Chicago: American Association of Individual Investors, 2002. REF HG 4930 .I49 2003 This investment guide provides thorough and up-to-date information and performance statistics for funds with "historically superior returns in their classes, low expenses, low loads and that are directly available from the fund.".

Standard & Poor's Stock Market Encyclopedia. New York: Standard & Poor's, 2003. REF HG 4501 .S68 2004Published four times a year, this encyclopedia includes a broad array of large, actively traded stocks representing a cross-section of U.S. industry.

Small Business Administration (http://www.sbaonline.sba.gov/) - The U.S. Small Business Administration, established in 1953, provides financial, technical and management assistance to help Americans start, run, and grow their businesses.
